If I say that I finally understand what nonduality is, then I am not understanding it. Well, if I understood it, I would be saying that non-duality is something that is understood or not understood, that is, that non-duality is something dual in relation to understanding. But it makes no sense to say that non-duality is dual.
If I say that I finally intuit what non-duality is, then I am not intuiting it. Well, if I intuited it, I would be saying that non-duality is something that is intuited or not intuited, that is, that non-duality is something dual in relation to intuition. But it makes no sense to say that non-duality is dual.
However, duality is understandable and intuitive. The fundamental intuition is expressed in the logical operators. The most basic of all is the Sheffer operator, with which we can build any system of logic, that is, any scientific theory. This operator is “Not X and Y”, where “X” and “Y” are any proposition. The fundamental logical operator is denial, with chained denials of propositions we make a dual science.
The root of duality is then denial, limitation. Denial has its physiological origin in the cell (or bacterial) membrane: the determination of what happens to be “inside the cell” by differentiating it from what is “outside the cell.”
The cell nucleus is, evolutionarily, the result of a bacteria within another bacteria, that is, the result of the acceptance of the Other, of saying “yes” instead of denying. This saying yes began an even deeper Path of Beauty.
Going beyond duality is beginning a path that already expands the limits of life. This is the path of symbols, which leads to the Spirit.
An eternal saying Yes!

If I have ever approached this, “yes” I believe it may be in that light and expansive oneness that comes when I shift from my doing into being and can journey with awareness In meditation. So it seems to me…
